AD ID Service Terms of Use

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern the provision and use of the AD ID unified authentication and account management service (the “Service”), provided by SPARTA LLC, INN 7722719975 (the “Operator” or the “Company”).

1.2. The AD ID Service is used in accordance with this Agreement, the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy, and the user agreements (public offers) of the following specific services integrated with AD ID: https://takprodam.ru/, https://www.admitad.ru/, https://affilead.ru/, and https://telerev.com/.

1.3. The User is deemed to have fully and unconditionally accepted this Agreement by taking any of the following actions:

  • clicking the “Sign up” button or a similar button when registering or logging in;
  • starting to use any AD ID features;
  • completing Authentication or Authorization through AD ID in any Service integrated with AD ID.

1.4. The Operator may amend this Agreement unilaterally. The amended version takes effect when it is published on the official website. By continuing to use the Service after an amendment, the User unconditionally accepts the amendment.

2. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

2.1. AD ID means a unified authentication, identification, and credential management service that allows the User to use one Account to access various digital products.

2.2. AD ID-Integrated Services (Ecosystem Services) means the websites, mobile applications, software products, and services that use AD ID for authentication.

2.3. Third-Party Service means any online resource, website, or application operated by a third party (partner) that supports login through AD ID and is governed by that third party’s separate user agreement.

2.4. User means an individual with full legal capacity who is at least 18 years old and has accepted this Agreement.

2.5. Account means the User’s unified AD ID account, which contains Authentication Credentials and has a unique identifier.

2.6. Seamless Authentication means a mechanism that allows a User who has successfully completed Authentication in one Service to automatically access other Ecosystem Services within the same Session without reentering their credentials.

3. REGISTRATION METHODS AND ACCOUNT CREATION

3.1. Creating an AD ID Account is voluntary. The User creates the Account independently using one of the methods available in the Service interface. By completing the registration process, the User fully accepts this Agreement.

3.2. Registration Using an Email Address and Password

3.2.1. The User enters a valid email address, creates and enters a password, and completes a check designed to prevent automated access (CAPTCHA or an equivalent tool).

3.2.2. After the User clicks the “Sign up” button, the Operator sends an automated message containing a confirmation link to the email address provided.

3.2.3. By following the link and clicking the “Confirm email” button (or a similar button), the User confirms that:

  • the User is the lawful owner of, or is authorized to use, the email address provided;
  • the User understands that, after successful confirmation and a series of technical redirects, they will be logged in to their Account (or another Service profile), at which point the Account creation process is complete.

3.2.4. Until the email address is confirmed, the Operator may restrict Account features for security purposes.

3.3. Registration or Login Using Third-Party Accounts (Yandex and VKontakte)

3.3.1. The User may initiate the creation of an AD ID Account or log in to an existing Account by clicking the corresponding “Yandex” or “VKontakte” button on the registration or login screen.

3.3.2. By choosing this method, the User unconditionally consents to the Operator receiving from the Identity Provider (Yandex or VKontakte) the minimum data necessary for Account creation and administration. This data may include, but is not limited to, the User’s first name, last name, email address, and unique user identifier in the Provider’s system. The Operator will receive only the data permitted by the User’s privacy settings with the Identity Provider and will use it solely to create and administer the AD ID Account.

3.3.3. After clicking the button, the User is redirected to the Identity Provider’s page to expressly authorize access to their data. Completing this process creates the AD ID Account and automatically logs the User in to their Account.

3.4. The AD ID Operator is not liable for:

  • changes to the terms of use, privacy policies, or functionality of Yandex or VKontakte;
  • the blocking, compromise, or deletion of the User’s Yandex or VKontakte account, which may prevent the User from logging in to AD ID using that method;
  • data transmission failures caused by technical issues on the part of the Identity Providers.

If the User loses access to their Yandex or VKontakte account, they must contact AD ID Support to restore access by another method, such as a linked phone number or email address, if one was previously added to the profile.

4. REGISTRATION, VERIFICATION (KYC), AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

4.1. The User must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including their mobile phone number, email address, and full name.

4.2. The Operator may verify the accuracy of the User’s data at any time as part of a Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure, including by requesting scanned copies of identity documents. Refusal to complete verification is grounds for suspending or fully blocking the Account.

4.3. The User is solely responsible for keeping their Authentication Credentials, including passwords and PINs, secure. The User must not transfer, sell, or lease their Account to any third party. All actions performed through the Account are deemed to have been performed by the User.

4.4. The User must immediately notify the Operator of any unauthorized access to the Account or any breach of Account security.

5. ECOSYSTEM FEATURES AND DATA TRANSFERS

5.1. AD ID may provide Seamless Authentication, securely transfer necessary data, such as the User’s name and phone number, to Third-Party Services for autofill, and allow the User to manage payment methods.

5.2. The User consents to the Operator processing and transferring the User’s personal data to third parties, including Third-Party Services, only to the extent strictly necessary to provide the requested authorization service, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data.”

6. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND BLOCKING

6.1. The Operator may unilaterally suspend or fully block access to AD ID without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

  • the User knowingly provided false information during registration;
  • the User violated the rules of any Third-Party Service accessed through AD ID;
  • the Operator suspects that the Account has been compromised or used for fraudulent activity;
  • the Operator receives a lawful request from an authorized government authority of the Russian Federation;
  • the User repeatedly or materially breaches this Agreement.

6.2. The Operator may block the entire AD ID Account or restrict access only to specific Ecosystem Services.

7. LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. The AD ID Service is provided “as is.” The Operator does not guarantee that the Service will operate continuously, promptly, without interruption, or error-free, or that the results of using the Service will meet the User’s subjective expectations.

7.2. The Operator is not liable for:

  • any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or damage to business reputation, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service;
  • the consequences of unauthorized access to the Account if such access was made possible by the User’s failure to follow security measures, including phishing, sharing a password, or malware infection of the User’s device;
  • the content, quality, or legality of services provided by Third-Party Services, or any losses incurred by the User when interacting with such Third-Party Services.

7.3. The Operator is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure, including disruptions to public communications networks, actions by government authorities, or large-scale cyberattacks.

8. ACCOUNT DELETION

8.1. The User may request complete deletion of the AD ID Account through the profile settings or by contacting Support.

8.2. Deleting the AD ID Account terminates access to all Ecosystem Services and Third-Party Services that use AD ID and results in the deletion of the associated User data.

8.3. The Operator may retain certain data after the Account is deleted for the periods required by the mandatory laws of the Russian Federation, including, but not limited to, tax laws, Federal Law No. 115-FZ “On Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing,” and laws governing data retention by organizers of information dissemination.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

9.2. The parties must attempt to resolve all disputes arising under this Agreement through correspondence and negotiations in accordance with the mandatory pretrial claims procedure.

9.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the pretrial procedure, it will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at the Operator’s location.

9.4. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid by a court, the remaining provisions will remain valid and in full force and effect.
